The Bourne Council on Aging is established to plan, develop, implement and provide programs and services that enhance the quality of life for residents of Bourne who have reached their 60th year of age and to advocate for programs and services that support seniors. Further, the COA will promote the well-being of Bourne residents of any age, by acting as the Human Services Agency for the Town of Bourne. rev: 10/08
