The Bourne Council on Aging is established to plan, develop and implement programs that enhance the quality of life for citizens of Bourne who have reached their 60th year and above:

• To advocate for senior citizens through education and participation
• To provide services that assist seniors to remain in their own homes for as long as safely possible.

Further, to promote the well-being of Bourne residents of any age, by acting as the Human Services agency for the Town of Bourne. The Council on Aging relies on broad based community support of its program and activities.
